Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at pt Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments and treatments to adults with various mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting psychological assessments to identify diagnoses, level of distress, and functional impairment
  • Providing evidence-based treatments for complex psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use
  • Working autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams to provide 1-1 psychological services
  • Providing supervision and consultation to other psychologists and psychotherapists
  • Developing new mental health program content for various client groups

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based treatments
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Experience with telehealth/virtual care methods
