Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

Vennix Integrated Health Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Medical Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Prepare and send medical reports and correspondence
  • Order medical supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Medical Administrative Assistant will work in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting, with a fast-paced environment and a high level of attention to detail required.
