Parts Warehouse Specialist

At Toromont Cat, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Person to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of parts to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process shop and customer orders, including receiving and processing stock, picking and delivering parts, and managing inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Toromont Cat's Health and Safety Policy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Operate lift trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Minimum secondary education.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
