About the Role

Toromont Cat is seeking a skilled Parts Warehouse Person to play a key role in coordinating and executing day-to-day operations in the warehouse. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire team provides superior service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process shop and customer orders, stock order receipt and processing, picking and delivery of parts to internal and external customers
  • Ensure customers' needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Help maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
  • Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis
  • Safely operate lift truck
  • Assemble hoses
  • Packaging and shipping of dangerous goods
  • Assist with the organization and control of inventory
Requirements
  • Minimum secondary education
