Job Summary

Gadiwood Canada Inc is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the cleaning services team.

This is a permanent position offering 35 hours of work per week, requiring a secondary school graduation certificate, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Establish work schedules and assist team members as needed.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a residential setting with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar field.
