Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our Chairman Council Team - Harp Dhillon Group, you will provide dedicated support in investment and money management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement investment policy decisions, monitor asset mixes, and rebalance portfolios to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with day-to-day portfolio review, asset allocation rebalancing, and executing trades as directed by the Portfolio Manager.
  • Research and analyze financial products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternatives.
  • Develop and implement wealth management strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Excellent understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the securities industry.
  • CFA level 1 or CIM designation.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 - $55,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. Additionally, you have the potential to earn a discretionary bonus, which can significantly increase your total compensation.
