Salary: $20 CAD per hour plus bonus/commission, ensuring a competitive salary structure that rewards hard work and dedication.
Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and analytical abilities to help new and existing businesses grow. You will work with one of the world's best clients in the website and domain hosting business, using your influencing and relationship-building skills to advise customers on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms, and services. Your role will involve anticipating customer needs, persistently exploring and uncovering business requirements, and providing strategic guidance on how to achieve their goals. Salary: $40,800 per year (based on 20 hours/week)
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Associate's degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or GED/High school education.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or prior work experience dealing with the public as a sales agent (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch on the phone and compose compelling content.
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and sales quotas.
