Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in Salesforce to lead the development of our Cloud-based solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding internal customer needs, translating them into actionable direction, and working closely with development teams as the voice of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Trusted Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Product Roadmapping & Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Documenting Business Processes: Understand and document business processes, requirements, scenarios, and pain points to inform product development.
- Facilitating Change: Develop new business processes, identify areas for optimization, and analyze and propose solutions to improve business performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Translate business requirements into instructions for technical teams, clarify issues throughout the development process, and manage the agile development process.
- Change Management: Develop training materials, communication plans, and launch schedules to ensure a smooth transition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various product and technology teams, corporate data, and Go-To-Market teams to drive business growth.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the overall management and development of the IS Product Management Practice by establishing best practices and improving ways of working.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in Product Management/Project Management or Business Analyst in SaaS implementations.
- Ability to Translate between Business and Technical Stakeholders with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Knowledge of Standard Salesforce Features and proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
- Agile Methodologies experience, such as Scrum, and a proven ability to drive decisions, positively influence team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.
- Leadership Skills with experience leading design workshops, proposing solutions, and building corresponding artifacts.
- Salesforce and Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
