Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide personalized assistance and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
- Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label items with security tags within efficiency timelines.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags according to register best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Health and Safety: Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation to ensure customer and colleague safety.
- Customer Service Skills: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find their style.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions.
