Position Overview

Benning Investments Ltd is seeking a dedicated Agricultural Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance our farming activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural management and demonstrate effective leadership skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess environmental factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature to optimize crop growth.
  • Oversee the harvesting of agricultural products.
  • Create detailed plans to prioritize farming tasks effectively.
  • Supervise deleafing operations for crops.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of greenhouse facilities.
  • Manage the harvesting of seedlings.
  • Prepare and mix fertilizers for crop nourishment.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records.
  • Perform various general farm duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3-4 individuals in daily operations.
