About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Aldebaran Holding's Inc. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of crop production and farm safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services
    • Plowing
    • Irrigating
    • Cultivating
    • Spraying
    • Harvesting
  • Ensure Compliance with Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Supervise and Oversee Crop-Related Operations
  • Maintain Accurate Work Records and Logs
  • Recruit and Train Staff
Work Environment

Our farm operates in a Dusty and Hot environment, with a focus on Outdoors work. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, Team player
