Farm Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at Aldebaran Holding's Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures, and providing agricultural crop services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
Work Environment:

The Farm Supervisor will work in a dusty and hot outdoor environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Organized and team-oriented individual
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
