Branch Representative

About the Role:
The Branch Representative plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring seamless customer service, inventory management, and sales support. This is a temporary casual position that requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist with lubricant and wet stock inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
- Sales Support: Provide inside sales support, including follow-up, account maintenance, and project support.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and compliance inspections.
Requirements:
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software and systems.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Possess mechanical aptitude and/or work experience in the petroleum and propane industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a diversified role and be flexible to the needs of the business.
- Driver's Abstract: Clean driver's abstract.
- Safe Work Practices: Good understanding of safe work practices and HSE requirements.
- WHIMIS & TDG: Knowledge and/or experience with WHIMIS and TDG.
