Branch Representative

About the Role:
The Branch Representative is a key member of our team at Parkland Corporation, supporting day-to-day branch operations, customer facing responsibilities, and administrative tasks. This is a temporary casual position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the office team with customer facing responsibilities, including call handling, front counter customer service, order taking, and account payments.
- Conduct inside sales follow-up, account maintenance, and project support.
- Assist with lubricant warehouse inventory management, maintenance, and sales.
- Perform month-end and year-end inventory preparation and reporting.
- Conduct facilities HSE and compliance inspections, maintenance, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or work experience in the petroleum and propane industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide customer-facing services.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of safe work practices and HSE requirements.
- Knowledge of WHIMIS and TDG is an asset.
