Branch Representative

About the Role:
The Branch Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations, lubricant and wet stock inventory management, inside sales, and branch administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support office team with customer-facing responsibilities, including call handling, front counter customer service, order taking, and account payments.
- Conduct inside sales follow-up, account maintenance, and project support.
- Manage lubricant warehouse inventory, maintenance, and sales.
- Assist with month-end and year-end inventory preparation and reporting.
- Perform all facilities HSE and compliance inspections, maintenance, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or work experience in petroleum and propane preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide customer-facing services.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Clean driving abstract.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Good understanding of safe work practices and HSE requirements.
- WHIMIS and TDG knowledge and/or experience preferred.
