Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic Restaurant Team. The ideal candidate will embody the West Coast culture, while still being committed to the art of hospitality and pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and clean-up of restaurant room for ensuing shifts
  • Run food and maintain complete menu knowledge
  • Carry Room Service trays between buildings and to guest rooms (indoor/outdoor)
  • Clear and set tables
  • Support servers in any way possible

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs/13.6 kgs
  • An appreciation for detail and customer service
  • Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position
  • Consistent punctuality and dedication
  • A calm, polite, and composed demeanor
