Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Installation Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of drywall installers to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize productivity
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff members to support business growth
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in drywall installation or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions

This is a site-based role, requiring physical presence at job sites. Workers must be able to navigate challenging environments, including noisy and dusty conditions, and work at heights.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
