Bombardier is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage projects and activities related to major milestones for various platforms;
  • Coordinate with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget adherence;
  • Identify and report on project risks, and lead risk mitigation planning and execution;
  • Prepare and present visibility reports for various levels of the organization;
  • Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews;


Requirements


  • Engineering degree or diploma, or equivalent working experience, with 5-8 years in project management or aerospace;
  • Familiarity with Program/Project Management processes and principles;
  • Sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;
  • Previous experience in structural and/or systems development is an asset;
  • Professional attitude, superior communication skills, and excellent organizational, time management skills;
  • Natural leadership and proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, and results-oriented;
  • Technically curious, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to make good decisions;
  • Good computing skills, proficient in MS Office, and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset;
