Job Description

At RhynoCare, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care Delivery: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to meet their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
  • Medication Management: Ensure the safe and effective management of medications, including ordering, administering, and monitoring medication regimens.
  • Resident Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their needs, preferences, and goals, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including progress notes, medication records, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
