Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C-Lovers Fish & Chips Chilliwack. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on kitchen performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
