Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual Chilliwack.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
