Claims Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Inventory Specialist to join our team at Crawford & Company, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, handling various aspects of claims inventory and valuation. As a Claims Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to meet with adjusters and policyholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of content claims in accordance with company productivity and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct onsite visits to assess and inventory total loss contents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other teams to direct resources for efficient completion of inventories and LKQ valuations.
- Maintain detailed records of claim tasks, time spent, and related notes in our proprietary platform, exclaim.
- Work closely with adjusters and policyholders to provide timely updates on the content claims process.
- A secondary school diploma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with property claims industry, although not mandatory, would be beneficial.
- Access to high-speed internet and reliable computer equipment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Ability to adapt to change and new technology, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
