Job Description

The Principal of Regent Christian Online Academy plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of the school's mission and vision.

This role requires a strong, collaborative partnership with the board of directors to ensure the strategic goals of the school are met.

The Principal will also be instrumental in the successful transition of RCOA into the Center of Excellence (COE) model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a distinctively Christian online school culture
  • Work closely with the board and the Center of Excellence leadership
  • Provide sound management of resources
  • Implement COE practices to streamline administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Master of Education or post-graduate degree in a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Principal of a Christian school or similar role is also preferred.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build trusting relationships and make tough decisions when called upon.
