About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Consultant, Professional Practice to join our team at Fraser Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to advance clinical best practices and promote a professional practice environment. You will provide consultation leadership and guidance to clinicians, managers, and directors to ensure that Fraser Health is a leader in clinical care. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines for clinical practice. Additionally, you will represent Fraser Health and Professional Practice at various events, including educational forums and professional associations, and support clinical research to promote the development of clinical knowledge and its application to professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide consultation leadership and guidance to clinicians, managers, and directors to advance clinical care and professional practice.
2. Collaborate with Directors of Professional Practice to develop implementation plans that support regulatory compliance.
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for clinical practice.
4. Work closely with healthcare teams to establish and maintain clinical best practices.
5. Contribute to advancing quality patient outcomes and promoting a professional practice environment.
6. Represent Fraser Health and Professional Practice at various events, including educational forums and professional associations.
7. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deliver practice education programs.
8. Support clinical research to promote the development of clinical knowledge and its application to professional practice.
