Administrative Coordinator for Event Planning and Team Support

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team at Blue Sphere Immigration Solutions Inc. As an office administrative assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing team information, and performing various administrative tasks.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely execution and effective planning;
- Coordinate team information, schedule appointments, and manage email responses;
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and maintaining accurate records;
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, set up filing systems, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and expense tracking.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Photoshop, and Simply Accounting;
- Familiarity with digital tools and software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Compensation Package
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
