Service Lot Attendant Opportunity

Destination Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Lot Attendant to join their team. As a key member of the service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and prepare vehicles for service, ensuring they are clean and presentable for customers.
  • Deliver vehicles to other dealerships and retrieve parts, keys, and other vehicles as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet customers upon arrival, both indoors and outdoors, and provide a warm welcome.
  • Conduct vehicle video walk-arounds, inspections, and assessments to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect and verify vehicle information, including VIN numbers, tire condition, and mileage.
  • Prepare vehicles for the service department, ensuring they are ready for repair and maintenance.
  • Confirm vehicle information with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
