Job Summary:
The Service Lot Attendant is a key member of the Brian Jessel BMW team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professionally cleaned vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare customer vehicles for service, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized service wash bay, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with service drive-thru staff, service advisors, and valet to ensure seamless vehicle processing.
- Identify and report any vehicle damages before washing, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Valid BC Driver's License, Class 7 or Class 5, and ability to provide a driving abstract.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to withstand working in a semi-outdoor environment.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset.
Compensation and Work Environment:
$20.00 per hour. Our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday and statutory holidays, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
