Job Overview

SV Investments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day functioning of our food service department.

Responsibilities

Leadership Role: You will lead a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet work schedules and deliver high-quality service.

Task Management: Develop and implement effective methods to manage tasks, prioritize activities, and delegate responsibilities to team members.

Quality Control: Ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.

Supervision: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
