Executive Culinary Operations Manager

The role of Executive Culinary Operations Manager at QUESADA BURRITOS & TACOS is to oversee the smooth operation of our food service department. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our culinary team.
About the JobThis position involves establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, hiring food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and preparing budgets and cost estimates.
In this role, you will also be required to address customer complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports. Additionally, you will supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
Requirements- You must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a secondary school graduation certificate.
- You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- You should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
- You should have basic mathematical skills, with the ability to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
