We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Assistant to join our sales team at Genuine Comfort. As a Sales Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in ensuring seamless sales operations, including creating quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing customer inquiries.

Genuine Comfort is a growing company that distributes Air Conditioners (AC) and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) across Canada & Mid-North USA. We were founded in 2010 and have since become a leading distributor in the industry. Our mission is to deliver comfort consistently to hospitality, commercial, and multi-family markets through exceptional product availability, local warehousing, best-in-industry warranty, and on-time error-free delivery of room cooling products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by developing a deep understanding of our business, customers, and sales processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries promptly and handling inbound calls
  • Process accurate sales orders and deliveries by receiving orders via email, text, or phone and confirming delivery details
  • Manage quotes by creating and sending accurate customer quotes and following up to address concerns and uncover objections
  • Capture and analyze sales and market data by maintaining accurate customer and market data in our CRM and updating customer profiles to ensure records are current and complete
What You'll Need
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers, internal teams, and leadership
  • Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems would be an asset
