Job Description:

  • Tutor high school students in Biology and Chemistry, ensuring clarity and mastery of concepts.
  • Provide support to students who are also working on improving their French language skills.
  • Work with younger students in Math and Writing as part of a well-rounded educational approach.
  • Adapt your teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong knowledge of Grade 11 and 12 Biology and Chemistry (a degree in a related field is a bonus).
  • Fluency in French and the ability to tutor students in French is highly desirable.
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, especially with high school students.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in an engaging, student-friendly way.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
