Academic Laboratory Coordinator for Introductory Organic Chemistry II

As an Academic Laboratory Coordinator for the University of Toronto, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational experiences to students. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising laboratory sessions for CHM247H1 (Introductory Organic Chemistry II), working closely with faculty members and other staff to ensure seamless execution of courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate laboratory sessions, including setup, supervision, and student management
  • Collaborate with faculty members and other staff to develop and implement course materials, assessments, and evaluations
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising and referrals to resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, grades, and assessment results
