Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Live in Comfort Cleaning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to commercial properties, including offices, showrooms, and other common areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, changerooms, and showrooms.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required, using compact floor scrubbers as needed.
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Restock supplies and notify management when additional inventory is needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Follow all given instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the supervisor or client.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Standard knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting (up to 25lbs), bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable cellphone with sufficient data to accommodate use of apps used for work purposes, including GPS.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Valid G Ontario driver's license.
  • Bondable.
  • At least two professional references.
  • Clean driver's abstract.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time positions available, with scheduling done through an app that can be accessed anytime, from any device.

Pay

  • $23 an hour.
  • Paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit.
  • We use a digital payroll system, so you'll be able to access your paystubs and T4's remotely from any device.
