Job Summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Barrie is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Commercial Cleaner to join their team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and wash floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean all surface areas, including desks, phones, and equipment
  • Vacuum carpeting and area rugs to ensure a clean and tidy space
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom areas to maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Pick up debris and empty trash and recycling containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Good oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Reliability and dependability to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Values and ethics to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to team goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting

Our team members work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial buildings, and factory settings.

Education and Experience
  • Secondary School Certificate is an asset, but not required
  • Experience is not necessary, as we provide on-the-job training
