Heavy Duty Cleaning Professional Wanted

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaning Professional to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Barrie. Our cleaning teams provide exceptional service to our customers, adhering to the ServiceMaster Clean standard.
Shift InformationShifts typically start between 4pm and 5pm and can last anywhere from 6 to 8 hours per night.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Floor Care Specialist: Sweep, mop, and wash floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Desk and Surface Cleaner: Dust desks, phones, and all surface areas to ensure a spotless workspace.
- Cleaning Equipment Operator: Vacuum carpeting and area rugs using industrial-grade equipment.
- Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaner: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Trash and Recycling Handler: Pick up debris and empty trash and recycling containers in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Representative: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good Oral Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Reliability and Dependability: Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Values and Ethics: Uphold the values and ethics of our organization, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Initiative and Team Player: Take initiative to complete tasks and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to Work Alone: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
This role is based in a commercial setting, working in office buildings, cleaning services companies, and factories.
Education and ExperienceA Secondary School Certificate is an asset, but not required. We provide on-the-job training for those without prior experience.
