About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Review and complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process paperwork and documentation with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor work-in-progress and notify customers of any delays or additional work required
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
