About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify key financial metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including weekly closure analysis and monthly balance sheet and cash analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Participate in financial reporting process improvement projects and contribute to the development of the Consolidated 3-Year Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in a finance role, with a strong background in FP&A.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Hyperion Planning and Oracle SmartView.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry is an asset.
