Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Lead FP&A Analyst to join our team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify key financial metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A, and implement new methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
