About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Wenqian Xu. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Clients with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with Household Chores: Assist clients with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support with Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, including administering medication and reminding clients to take their medication.
  • Provide Transportation: Provide transportation to clients for appointments and errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment and will be required to work in the client's home.
