Privileged Management System Administrator

The Privileged Management System Administrator is an interdisciplinary role that requires a strong understanding of Active Directory, Linux, Windows Servers, Windows workstations, Information Security practices, data gathering, and data analysis.
This role involves balancing the requirements of handling requests and incident tickets with project-based deadlines and tasks, and collaborating with other technical teams to solve issues and address business needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing Secret Server access and Privilege Manager elevated workstation access requests, incident, and critical incident tickets.
- Creating and maintaining reporting and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the process and tools, and highlight inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining the quality of the system data to ensure accuracy.
- Working with technical teams from other disciplines to increase compliance with IS policies and standards by removing blockers to password rotation.
- Participating in system upgrades and testing for Privilege Management tools.
- Identifying and removing workstation policy configurations that are preventing Privileged Management tools from working effectively.
- Managing secret templates and developing customized solutions to meet business needs.
- Monitoring unauthorized local admin access channels and removing them.
- Adding new programs and elevation needs to Privileged Management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years experience working with Secret Server, Privilege Access Manager, or equivalent privileged management tools.
- Demonstrates familiarity with Information Security standards and how they relate to Security policies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and compare large data sets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and anomalies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
