About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Privileged Access Management Engineer to join our team at HCLTech. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Privileged Access Management solutions using CyberArk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for implementing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Manage PAM Systems: Accountable for the ongoing management activities and improve the activities related to the PAM systems particularly CyberArk, including installation, upgrade, and patching of the CyberArk application.
  • Design and Implement Access Management Solutions: Architect, design, and implement secure and scalable access management solutions using CyberArk.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the areas of Core Pas, EPM, CCP, and AAM, ensuring alignment with best practices and security standards.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide consultation.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Improvements: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or migrations to CyberArk Core PAS, EPM, CCP, and AAM where applicable.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest PAM, EPM, CCP, and AAM features, security trends, and best practices to ensure clients' solutions are cutting-edge and secure.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver successful CyberArk implementations.
Technical Requirements
  • CyberArk Experience: Should have experience with Cyber-Ark Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite.
  • Management of PAM and EPM Tools: Management/Administration of Privileged Access Management and Endpoint Privilege Manager tool.
  • Strong Knowledge of PAM CyberArk Core PAS Vault: Strong knowledge of PAM CyberArk Core PAS Vault, Central Credential Provider, PSM, and Application Access Manager architecture and implementation.
  • Managing and Maintaining CyberArk PAM Platform: Managing and maintaining the CyberArk PAM platform (EPM, Vault, PSM, PVWA, CPM, PSM for SSH, AD Bridge).
  • Design and Integration of Applications in CyberArk AAM: Experience in design and integration of applications in CyberArk AAM.
  • Initiating, Monitoring, and Recording Privilege Sessions: Experience in initiating, monitoring, and record privilege sessions in privileged session management, configure Endpoint privilege management.
  • Maintaining Contact with Vendors: Maintains contact with vendors regarding security system updates, products, and maintenance agreements for Privileged Access Management tool.
  • Upgrading and Patching Servers: Experience in upgrading and patching of the servers.
  • Reviewing Solutions for Recommended Products: Reviews solutions of recommended products, applications, and infrastructure to uphold Customer's security measures as it relates to Identity and Access Management.
  • Monitoring Logs and Events: Check and monitor logs/events for UNIX, Windows, and other user identity management platforms to provide views of misuse or malicious activities.
  • Administration of Privileged User Accounts: Responsible for administration of privileged user accounts on Window/Linux using various CyberArk components.
  • Integrating Platforms with CyberArk: Integrating all platforms with CyberArk such as UNIX servers, Windows servers, Databases, and networking Devices.
  • Conducting Health Checks on CyberArk Servers: Conduct health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent and stable availability of system to its end user.
  • Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms, and Owners: Creating and Managing Safes, platforms, and Owners.
  • CPM Policies Management or Redistribution: CPM policies management or redistribution.
  • Implementing the Password Upload Utility: Implementing the Password Upload Utility.
  • Auditing Accounts and Reports: Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, user's server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, Active Director, Windows: Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, Active Director, Windows etc.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Windows/VMware Administration: Advanced knowledge of windows/VMware administration.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Windows Cluster Server: Advanced knowledge of Windows Cluster Server.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of CyberArk PACLI: In-depth knowledge of CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks such as user and safety management.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory: Experience using LDAP, Active Directory.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux Operating Systems with PAM Solution: Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems with PAM Solution
  • Knowledge of Virtual Environments: Knowledge of virtual environments with experience in integrating ESX, ESX(i) hosts with the CyberArk solution.
  • SIEM or Ticketing Systems: SIEM or ticketing systems (such as Rapid 7, SNOW) enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP.
  • Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP: Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP.
