Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor expenses.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
