About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at NBC. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Welcome and Support: Greet clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate resource person.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Office Management: Ensure that all common spaces for the team and for greeting clients are welcoming and professional.
  • Conference Room Scheduling: Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients.
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate events and conferences with internal and external partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out various daily administrative activities, such as mail distribution, filing documents, and ordering supplies.

Requirements
