Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at BC Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Supervise and participate in food preparation, including cooking, baking, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
