We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our advice centre operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our advice centre(s) under a regional staffing model. You'll use metrics, performance indicators, and CRM tools to deliver a seamless member experience. Your expertise will be crucial in championing a member-centric culture, focusing on sales, service, advice-giving, and operational excellence. You'll also be responsible for fulfilling reporting requirements and recommending improvements related to performance, capacity, and risk management.
