Position Summary

As a dynamic leader, you will shape the future of student life and hospitality at the University of Regina. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and leadership in Housing & Hospitality Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for housing applications and assignments.
  • Manage admissions and occupancy in all university residential spaces.
  • Develop and communicate policies and community expectations to stakeholders.
  • Supervise staff and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage financial plans, ensure financial targets are achieved, and control expenditures.
  • Develop marketing plans for residency and events and oversee overall communications.
  • Support student recruitment and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree supplemented by a Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in developing and managing ancillary budgets.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
