Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time casual hours Personal Support Worker/Caregiver for the intersection of Bovaird Dr East and Torbram. As a member of our home care team, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and perform various personal care services to meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including AM and PM care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
  • Assist with shopping and errands, and provide medication reminders.
  • Ambulate and transport clients as needed.
  • Document and chart client information.
Qualifications
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent.
  • Current CPR/First Aid training.
  • Speaking Polish or Russian is an asset.
  • Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Access to the internet/mobile phone.
