Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss product needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, quick learner, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and team player.

  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
