Job Summary

AB Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards sales and customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and electronic cash registers
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
