Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Liquor 2 Go. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our products, including wine, spirits, and beer, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Greet customers and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and to track sales performance.

Work Environment:

Our store is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to access stock and merchandise.
